Calamus sp.

Pores rattan is a new type of rattan in this region. The rattan seeds were reportedly obtained from the Malaysian forest rangers who were trying to breed them in the Sekida forest. It is similar in size to Uwi Soga and is glossier but the quality is not as great. This rattan can be colored.
